Membership & refund policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
This policy forms part of the Membership Application & Agreement you sign with HAXQUAT FITNESS LLP (LIFTR Strength & Conditioning) and is binding on every member.
Hours
All gyms: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Batches are floating: come to whichever batch suits you that day. We may adjust hours for cleaning, repairs, private events and holidays, and will give reasonable notice in the app.
The 6 Week Challenge
- Payment. The 6 Week Challenge is paid in full before you start.
- 7-day refund. If you decide within 7 days of payment that the programme isn't for you, tell your gym and you'll get a full refund of what you paid, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the method you paid with and are approved by the gym manager.
- Guarantee. Your target weight is set with your coach in week 0. If you keep all four commitments (train at least three times a week, send a photo of every meal, weigh in daily with weekly measurements, and reply to your coach) for the full six weeks and still miss your target, your next two weeks at LIFTR are free.
- Earn-it-back. Members who complete the challenge while keeping the four commitments earn a discount on their next LIFTR programme. The discount is applied to the next programme and is never paid out as cash.
Refunds on everything else
The 7-day refund above is the only refund LIFTR offers. Payments for every other programme, and for the 6 Week Challenge after the 7 days, are final and non-refundable.
Pausing your membership
You can pause for up to 1 day for every week of your programme (a 12-week programme can be paused for up to 12 days in total), with a minimum of 5 days per pause. Pauses are requested in the LIFTR app or at the front desk; your end date moves by the days paused.
Transfers
If you can't continue, you can transfer your membership once, at no charge, to someone who has never been a LIFTR member. The remaining term moves to them as it stands. Transfers to current or former members aren't offered.
Conduct, dress and hygiene
- Wear appropriate training clothes and closed footwear.
- Bring a sweat towel and place it on equipment before use. Wipe down what you've used.
- Please be mindful of body odour and of others around you.
- No smoking, alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants on the premises or before training. No pets.
We may refuse entry or end a membership without refund if a member is intoxicated, brings prohibited substances, or behaves in a way management considers unsafe or inappropriate. Management's decision is final.
Damage
Members are responsible for damage they cause to the gym or its equipment, whether deliberately or through negligence, and agree to pay the full cost of repair or replacement.
Your health
By joining you confirm you're in good physical condition and know of no medical reason why you shouldn't exercise. Tell your coach about any condition, injury or medication that could affect your training, and don't train while you have a contagious illness, open wounds or an infection that could put others at risk.
Changes to these rules
LIFTR may change these rules and will make every effort to tell members and guests in advance. Signage in the gym forms part of these rules.
