Delete your app account

In the app (quickest)

1. Open the LIFTR app and go to the You tab.
2. Tap Delete my account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email coaching@liftr.fit from the email address your gym has on file, with the subject “Delete my LIFTR app account”. Include your name, your phone number and your gym. We'll confirm we've received your request within 3 working days, and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your app account and everything in it: your chat with your coach, voice notes, meal and progress photos, meals, body measurements, workouts, health data from Health Connect or Apple Health, XP, badges, and your answers in the app.

What we keep

Deleting your app account doesn't cancel your gym membership. Your gym keeps your membership, payment and check-in records, and your reward points, because we need them to run your membership and the law requires us to keep payment records (8 years in India). If you sign in to the app again later, you'll start with a fresh account.
